Welcome to our FAQ page, here we can assist in answering some of your questions you may have here. If there is anything we haven't covered, please drop us an email or message us through the chat. We will get back to you asap.

Where do we ship?

  • We cover the UK, Northern Ireland, and the Highlands!

What types of payment do you accept? 

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and the following cards:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Maestro

Is my payment secure?

Our website and payment system are thoroughly secured. We work with a trusted provider that handles online transactions for all our sites, ensuring complete security.

How will my order be packed?

Our Gift Lines come individually boxed with packaging straight from the factories. Items of a delicate nature are carefully protected with bubble wrap and paper to ensure safe delivery. The additional padding helps cover the admin charge for your products.

What if I have a Return?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Under the the distance selling act you have up to 28 days from the day after you receive your item to inform us of your intent to seek a refund. Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days.

  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Items must not be washed, worn or damaged.
  • All original tags must be attached.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Returning goods from outside the UK - we will not pay customs duty on returns to UK. The cost of the return of the item is your responsibility. If you are unsure how to deal with this please contact us for further details. Please beware of the following:

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
  • Sales and discount items are not eligible for returns.
  • Shipping costs are non refundable.

What if I have any cancelations or changes?

If you would like to cancel or make a change to your order, you are to do so up to 3 hours after you receive your order confirmation.

Please contact us gothic2valhalla@gmail.com so we can make changes immediately.

If your order ships, and the changes requested and were confirmed but have not been made. We will accept the return of the item unused for a full refund.

How do I know when my order is dispatched?

Upon ordering, an email confirmation will be sent, followed by a notification when your order is being packed. At the end of each day, we ship all dispatched orders, providing an automatic update and email notification.

Upon dispatch, your order status will be updated to "dispatched" and will not be modified further once it leaves the warehouse. Please take note of this update.

Can I track my order?

Please note that for items sent via Royal Mail, tracking may not be available due to the absence of a tracking number. However, if the item is shipped using one of our courier services, a tracking number will be provided.

What if my Item, is not received by the due date?

If your order does not arrive by the estimated due date, please allow 48 hours before contacting us at, gothic2valhalla@gmail.com we will do our best to locate the package and extend your timeframe for refunds.

What should I do, if my order arrives damaged?

Please take photos and send them via e-mail, within 24 hrs of your damaged item on arrival to  gothic2valhalla@gmail.com. We will send you a return label to ship the items back to us, we will arrange a refund or replacement.

What if my order is lost by the carrier?

Should your order be identified as lost with the shipping carrier, we will ship a new order out immediately.

What if I have damages & Issues?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Can I change my address on an order?

You can change the delivery address before an order is despatched by emailing us. Please note we will send your order out to the exact delivery address given, once it leaves our warehouse we cannot make any changes to the address so please make sure it is correct and complete.

What are the Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items?

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods:

  • Food, flowers, or plants.
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
  • We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item or product. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

What can I do to get my exchanges faster?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Once we receive your returned item, we will then refund the original item price to the original payment method used.  

What is the European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,

  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Items must not be washed, worn or damaged.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Photo required for damaged by carrier.

What happens once my refund is accepted?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. What is a Goth?

The goth lifestyle is an alternative way of life which consists of people who share the same thoughts and views. One thing to point out goths do not choose this lifestyle because it makes them cool and different, but to feel comfortable in their way of life.

The origin of a goth is an uncouth, uncivilized person; barbarian.

It's also a style characterized by black clothing, heavy, dark makeup, and a preoccupation with the themes of goth music.

    What is a Viking?

    Being a modern day Viking gives you the opportunity to be a better version of yourself, allows you the confidence to express your unique style, and changes the way you live your life.

    Vikings is also the modern name given to seafaring people primarily from Scandinavia (present-day Denmark)

    Old style vikings were anything from raiders, pirates, traders, explorers, and colonizers from the 9th to 11th century. They often travelled by sea from Scandinavia and took control of areas of Europe and beyond.

      what does Skål mean?

      Skål is a greeting similar to cheers that means "good health." People often use the term to toast or salute brothers and sisters.

      What does Valhalla mean?

      The Old Norse name for Valhalla is Valhöll, a compound noun composed of the words valr, meaning “the fallen,” and höll, meaning “hall.” Valhalla thus means “hall of the fallen.”

      It's also the palace in which heroes {Vikings} that were killed in battle are believed to feast with Odin for eternity a sense of paradise.

      Valhalla is one of the 12 or more realms into which Asgard, the dwelling place of the gods in Norse mythology, is divided.
