Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note, we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size or colour.

We only accept refunds for products that are faulty or damaged. Should your order arrive damaged, please take a photo and send them to us at: gothic2valhalla@gmail.com.

We will send you a return label to ship the items back to us, and will send you a new order with brand new products immediately.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

• You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Items must not be washed, worn or damaged.
• All original tags must be attached
• Photo required for damaged by carrier.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note, any Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note, sales and discount items are not eligible for returns.

Cancelations or Changes

If you would like to cancel or make a change to your order, you are to do so up to 3 hours after you receive your order confirmation.

Please contact us  gothic2valhalla@gmail.com so we can make changes immediately.

If your order ships and the changes have not been made , please return the items unused for a full refund.

Item not Received by Due Date

If your order does not arrive by the estimated due date , please allow 48 hours before contacting us at , gothic2valhalla@gmail.com we will do our best to locate the package and extend your timeframe for refunds.

Should your order arrive damaged

Please take a photo and send them to us at  gothic2valhalla@gmail.com. We will will send you a return label to ship the items back to us, and will send you a new order with brand new products immediately.

Lost by Carrier

Should your order be identified as lost with the shipping carrier, we will ship a new order out immediately and offer a gift card or discount for future purchases for the inconvenience.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods:

• Food, flowers, or plants.
• Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
• We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at: gothic2valhalla@gmail.com.

Order Processing Times

Asgard jewellery products are handmade in Dunoon, the main town in the Cowal peninsula in the south of Argyll and Bute, Scotland. We try really hard to keep every product in stock, but sometimes something will sell out. If we've run out of an item you ordered from the Asgard products, then we'll make you one. This will take about 48 hours to make. Very occasionally there will be a longer delays, and we will email you to let you know asap.

Please note the majority of our shipments are despatched via Royal Mail. On some occasions it may be necessary to use an alternative service such as DHL, TNT, UPS and Parcel Force.

Because we are a on demand business model, as soon as you place an order. We will get on with your product right away. So please expect a tracking number between 2-12 business days.

Christmas Orders

We recommend ordering prior to December 12th if you would like your order to arrive before Christmas.

Orders placed after 2pm on Monday, 23rd December 2024

will be dispatched Friday, 27th December 2025

 

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, 27th December 2024

will be dispatched Thursday, 2nd January 2025

Shipping Times

Once your product is shipped. The shipping times are quoted by the carrier, as taking 4-12 business days.
Please note this includes processing/handling times, if a product has processing/handling times, it will be noted on the product page.
Please take the estimated shipping times into account before purchasing. Please also note that these shipping times are estimates and due to variables in delivery times, and due to us no longer having control over package once it is shipped out, we cannot guarantee exact shipping times. Thank you!

Can I track my order?

Please note that for items sent via Royal Mail, tracking may not be available due to the absence of a tracking number. However, if the item is shipped using one of our courier services, a tracking number will be provided.
